Elena is a personal trainer, who holds a certification from the American College of Sport Medicine (the ACSM certification). She has been working with clients for over 6 years – specializing in assisted stretching. Elena enjoys helping to make a positive impact on people’s physical wellness.

Elena resides with her husband in Cranford, NJ. She loves gardening, long-distance walking (pilgrimages) and playing chess.

Improved flexibility and balance

Stretching has really helped me with some basic tasks that have gotten harder as I age like putting on and tying my sneakers or shoes. It also has helped with being able to bend down to pick up items that I have dropped and even walking up stairs. I also believe that stretching has helped me with my balance while doing some exercises. I have also noticed I have less pain/soreness after working out.
